From the initial meeting to the final inspection, every detail and change we requested was professionally handled to our satisfaction. Your expertise and guidance during the design phase made it so much easier for us and stress free. Also, we especially appreciated the continual flow of communication from Guy and Robynn throughout the entire project. Every crew member was not only skilled and friendly, but also very patient with any questions we had. They were hardworking, cleaned up the work area each day, and were respectful of our home. Much like our experience with the original project (kitchen), we are extremely happy with the outcome. F & S cares about the quality of their work. A few times during the project, Guy would call and say he noticed something and wanted to remedy it - things I can honestly say I do not think I would have ever noticed. Most importantly, anyone who has ever had work done in their house knows that not everything goes perfectly. To me, the difference between a good and bad experience is really what happens when things go differently than planned. Robynn provided a guiding hand for selecting materials that were both practical and fit my style. The estimate, although not the lowest, was comprehensive, clear about what was included, and realistic. The team would communicate when they would be on site, what they would be doing, and they worked with my schedule. They finished on time and on budget. Do NOT use! Hired them to update our bathroom. This outfit clearly has never heard the saying, "Measure twice, cut once". Installed medicine cabinet so low that the faucet on vanity would block cabinet opening. During demolition of original bathroom, they put hole in adjoining bedroom wall. A promise of a 2-3 week project became a nearly 4 month endurance test. Unfinished work, cracking grout, peeling paint, leaking shower doors, etc. Promises of making everything right amounted to nothing.
