Detailed Computer Renderings
We can provide realistic computer renderings of the project as well as a panoramic rendering that allows you and your customer to pan around the room and see a virtual 3D rendering of their new kitchen on a computer or smartphone. This helps manage expectations, reduce change orders, and close the sale before the project even begins.
Custom Design Support
Our designers will work directly with you or, if you prefer, directly with your customer to select their cabinetry, answer their questions, and guide them through the design process. For a reasonable fee, we will even arrange to measure the jobsite for you. We find that on-site experience helps us understand the limitations and possibilities of the project.
Post-Sale Support
We will be there for you after the sale to make sure any questions are answered and any issues are resolved — keeping you and your customers satisfied. You will receive detailed schematics, elevations, renderings, and detailed notes of any special design characteristics. Our designers remain available throughout the installation to answer questions your install crew may have.
Material Procurement and Delivery
We can arrange for curbside delivery to your job site with cabinetry available as either knock-down (RTA — Ready to Assemble) or fully assembled (RTI — Ready to Install), depending on your preference and timeline. We carry a full range of cabinetry, flooring, tile, and bath products to support your project from one source.
Skilled Trade Installation
Beyond design and materials, F&S provides skilled installation services across kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, basements, and entertainment spaces. We work as a seamless extension of your team — showing up on time, communicating clearly, and delivering a finished product your client will be proud of.
Project Coordination
